we999 Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and we999 ("we999", "the Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the we999 platform located at we999.life, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service offered by we999. These Terms apply to all areas of the platform including but not limited to sports betting, football betting, live casino, card games, jackpot slots, and esports betting.

we999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we999 will update the effective date shown at the top of this document. Continued use of we999 following a change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To register and use we999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. we999 is strictly an 18+ platform. Age verification may be required at any point during your membership.
• You must be a genuine individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, or contractor of we999 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be accessing we999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law, to the extent applicable.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from we999 or be subject to a current self-exclusion period.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one we999 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity documents, payment method, device, or household — is strictly prohibited. we999 monitors for duplicate accounts and will close any duplicates found, retaining any bonus funds credited to them.

When registering your we999 account, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. we999 may request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time, including during withdrawal processing.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your we999 account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact we999 support immediately via live chat or email at support@we999.life.

• One account per person, per household, per device.
• All registration details must be truthful and kept current.
• Account security is the member's personal responsibility.
• we999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a member's failure to protect their credentials.

4. Deposits

we999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the point of transaction.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. we999 does not accept deposits made on behalf of someone else. Depositing using a payment method registered to a third party is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds.

Deposits are generally credited to your we999 wallet instantly or within a few minutes for mobile wallet methods. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank. we999 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted to we999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. we999 targets same-day processing for all standard withdrawal requests, with Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically completing in under 4 hours.

Before your first withdrawal, we999 may request identity verification documents. This is a standard process and is not specific to any individual member. Providing requested documents promptly will prevent delays in your withdrawal being processed. we999 reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals pending verification in accordance with its obligations.

• Withdrawals are paid to PKR only — no foreign currency payouts.
• You can only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds may carry specific wagering requirements before they become withdrawable — refer to Section 6.
• Withdrawals of suspected fraudulent winnings will be held pending investigation.
• we999 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard mobile wallet payouts.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

we999 offers various promotional bonuses to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and the Refer a Friend programme. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be bet — for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in total qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus becomes withdrawable as cash.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational betting only — not for systematic profit extraction.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per we999 account, unless stated otherwise.
• we999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on certain markets may not count toward wagering requirements — see the specific offer terms.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Refer a Friend bonuses are paid upon the referred person completing their first qualifying deposit and bet on we999.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on we999 are subject to the specific betting rules for the relevant sport, competition, and market type. These rules govern how bets are settled, what happens in the event of a postponed or abandoned event, how in-play bets are handled, and what constitutes a valid bet. The minimum bet is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing the bet.

Bets are void and stakes returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled without a result being determined, the market is suspended due to a technical error or data feed failure, or the bet was placed after the applicable cut-off time due to a system error. we999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing error.

• All bets are final once confirmed in the bet slip. we999 cannot reverse confirmed bets.
• Accumulator bets containing one or more voided legs will be settled on the remaining valid selections.
• In-play bets are settled based on the state of the match at the time the bet was accepted, not the time submitted.
• we999 uses official tournament and governing body results for all settlement purposes.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your we999 wallet within minutes of official result confirmation.

8. Casino, Card Games and Slots

The we999 live casino, card games section, and jackpot slots operate using certified random number generation (RNG) software and live dealer studios. Game outcomes are determined by RNG systems that are tested and certified for fairness. we999 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Jackpot amounts displayed on the jackpot slots section are indicative and may change at any time as the progressive pool fluctuates. In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that affects the outcome of a bet, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned.

we999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to every registered member, accessible from account settings at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation. During a self-exclusion period, we999 will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to the excluded member.

• Creating or using multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Colluding with other players to influence game or bet outcomes.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with we999.
• Attempting to exploit any bug, error, or pricing mistake on the platform.
• Depositing funds using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Providing false identity or age information at registration or verification.
• Money laundering or using we999 to process funds from criminal activity.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion or account restriction in place.

11. Privacy and Data

By registering with we999, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. 12. Intellectual Property

All content on the we999 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content — is the intellectual property of we999 or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any we999 content without prior written permission.

The we999 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of we999's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may also constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property law.

13. Limitation of Liability

we999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we999 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is reliable and secure, we999 cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times. we999 shall not be liable for losses caused by platform downtime, data feed delays, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond we999's reasonable control.

we999's total liability to any member for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member to their we999 account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. we999 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.

14. Account Termination

You may close your we999 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at support@we999.life. Any genuine funds remaining in your wallet (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method after any pending verification requirements are met.

we999 may suspend or close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we999 reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if your account poses a compliance or regulatory risk. In the event of account closure for Terms breach, we999 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

15. Changes to These Terms

we999 reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We may also notify registered members of significant changes via email or a notification in their we999 account dashboard.

Your continued use of we999 after any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using we999 and may request account closure as described in Section 14.
